Shipping Policy
At SQEQE, we are dedicated to bringing your new emotional support buddies home to you as quickly and safely as possible. To ensure world-class reliability, we have partnered with Amazon to utilize their Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) network for all our order deliveries.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Order cut off time is 12:00 AM U.S. time.
Schedule: Please note that our fulfillment centers do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
High Volume Periods: During peak seasons or major sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order faces a delay of more than 3 business days, we will notify you immediately via email.
2. Shipping countries, timeliness, and method:
We offer worldwide delivery to door. The estimated shipping time before delivery will be about 3~15 days.
US:
Your shipping time is determined by the service level selected at checkout. Since all orders are fulfilled by Amazon, you can expect the same speed and care you receive from a Prime delivery
Standard Shipping：3 – 5 Business Days
Buy with Prime：1 – 2 Business Days
CA/AU/UK: 3-15 Workdays
GE/FR/IT/ESP/NZ/NLD: 10-15 Workdays
Other countries: 10~15 Workdays
Note:1: Delivery times represent the time in transit after your order has left the warehouse.
2:All shipping times do not include customs/duty delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.You can track your seal family, capybara, or sleep buddy directly through our website.
